Shipping policy

We deliver within Austria to your home address (billing address) or to a different delivery address (e.g. your place of work, hotel address, address of acquaintances, friends).

Delivery usually takes place within 3-4 working days after your order, if your delivery address is correct and the receipt of money has been registered for prepayment.

Delivery is free throughout Austria and € 2.90 throughout Europe. From a minimum order value of 25.00 €, shipping is free throughout Europe. Express delivery throughout Austria costs 2.90.

Delivery in Austria is via the Austrian Post and in Germany, Switzerland and Italy via DHL, UPC or DPD.
