Refund Policy

Our policy is 10 days. Unfortunately, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item over with a value over 15 € (Euro), you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)*
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Es können nur Artikel zu regulären Preisen erstattet werden, leider können Sale-Artikel nicht erstattet werden.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@shop-dsign.com and send your item to: Josef Pöll Straße 10, Innsbruck,  6020, Austria.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Versand
To return your product, you should send your product to the following address: Josef Pöll Straße 10, Innsbruck, 6020, Austria.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
